These variations are influenced by the natural growing process, which includes sapwood (light), heartwood (dark), and minerals that the root system is exposed to. Consequently, doors will have natural grain and colour variation between stile, rails, and panels.

STILE DIMENSION:

Door widths 1/0" to 1/5" have 3" stiles, 1/6" to 2/5" have 4" stiles, and 2/6" and over have 5" stiles. 1-3/8" doors have 4" stiles.

LOCK RAIL DIMENSION:

6-1/2"

BOTTOM RAIL DIMENSION:

9" standard. Other widths available by special request.

ADHESIVE:

Polyvinyl Acetate Type II Water-Resistant—standard. Type I Waterproof by special request.

MACHINING:

Pre-fit to size, all standard machining such as cylinder, mortise, flush bolts, concealed closer, automatic door bottom, raceway, viewers, etc.

PRE-FINISH:

Prime, opaque, stain colours to match our eight standard Premium 2000 pre-finish. Custom colours by special request. Pre-finish not available on exterior doors.

WARRANTY:

10-year interior. 1-year limited exterior.
