TimeWand II system components can be
ordered individually, tailored to fit your needs. A basic TimeWand II system
includes a TimeWand II, a TimeWand II Recharger/Downloader Station (single or
multiple), a serial port cable, and theTimeWand II Communications software (DOS,
Windows 3.1x, 95, 98, and NT, or Macintosh).

Replaceable Battery

The replaceable nickel-cadmium battery pack allows you the freedom to change your batteries anytime and anyplace. The custom-formed battery door provides the user with easy installation and a guaranteed perfect fit. The battery pack provides approximately two years of use before replacement is required. |

Alphanumeric Keypad
The TimeWand II has alpha characters that
can be keyed in along with numeric information.
Leather Pouch

Your TimeWand II can survive the harshest elements with the TimeWand II protective leather pouch. The clear vinyl window provides access to the display and keypad, while the key ring and clip allow for easy attachment to your belt or retractable key chain. |

Software
|
The TimeWand II Communications software allows you to easily program the TimeWand II and transfer the scanned data to the computer as an ASCII text file for import into your application software. The standard TimeWand II software includes bar code symbology programs for Code 3 of 9, Code 128, UPC-A&E, Interleaved 2 of 5, Codabar, and EAN. The TimeWand II easily scans all of these bar code symbologies. Windows DLL's are available for software developers. |

The TimeWand II Communications software contains an application generator that allows you to control the prompts on the display and the sequence of data entry. Cross-reference lists, such as part numbers and their descriptions, may be programmed into the TimeWand II for easy validation of data input.
The TimeWand II Communications Software manual features a quick-start section and a comprehensive learning guide. The TimeWand II Communications Software is available for DOS, Windows (3.x/95/98/NT), and Macintosh.
