TouchAccess is an intelligent lock that can be easily installed
on cabinets, storage containers, compartments, or anywhere you
wish to track and control access to valuable or sensitive
material.
TouchAccess permits and records each authorized entry and
prevents unauthorized entry from taking place. Each authorized
person is issued a small durable Touch Memory "key"
which has a unique ID number. When an authorized key is read by
TouchAccess, it records the unique user ID number, date, and time
of entry.
TouchAccess combined with the Multi-Lock
bar is an ideal solution for securing file cabinets. In a locked
position, the TouchAccess circular bolt loops through the bar to
prevent entry.When an authorized key is read, TouchAccess's
circular bolt can be retracted allowing the Multi-Lock
bar to open. The authorized user then has access to all drawers.

The TouchAccess lock can be programmed to accept authorized
user keys during specific times and on selected days. All events
that are recorded by TouchAccess can be retrieved via an IR link
between the lock and a Palm III™ or Palm V™ organizer. The
