Hollow Metal Doors - Manufactured with rust resistant galvaneal steel, doors are available in 20 gauge, 18 gauge and 16 gauge.
All Steel doors are constructed to meet the most rigid architectural demands and can be provided with 'A' 'B' & 'C' labelled ratings. 
Single and Double Frames can be shipped knocked-down or set-up and welded c/w all hardware reinforcings as required.

All products available pre-finished in standard colours for retrofit and drywall applications.

Assembled with solid slabs of polystyrene or polyurethane bonded permanently to the inside of the skin providing a R6 or R12 thermal factor and sound deadening qualities. This type offers security and flexibility in the most adverse conditions.

[Vertical Steel  Stiffened]

 EXTRA HEAVY DUTY DOOR RECOMMENDED FOR VERY HIGH FREQUENCY UTILIZATION

Constructed with heavy gauge vertical steel stiffeners at 6" on center complete with polystyrene or fiberglass.

TYPE "SW"

(Vertical Steel Stiffened Welded-seam)

 DESIGNED FOR HIGH SECURITY FOR USE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS

Manufactured with interlocking steel stiffeners, spot welded on both faces at 6" o.c. Edge seams are continuously welded for maximum strength and ground smooth. All voids filled with fiberglass insulation.

All doors are manufactured with integral closer reinforcing box and end channels

All doors are prepared for 1½ pairs of standard weight 4½" hinges [High frequency hinge reinforcement standard]
All doors offer a standard preparation for cylindrical (161) 2¾" back-set or rim panic reinforcement [push/pull]
All doors are made with mechanically interlocking seams
All doors are available with optional steel or vinyl top caps for exterior applications

Embossed Doors provide the beauty and elegance without compromising the level of safety, strength and durability expected of hollow metal doors. All doors are manufactured using premium quality galvanneal steel.
