| Our
stile and rail fire doors are positive pressure approved, meet UBC 7-2-97
Standards, and are Warnock Hersey approved (ITS). These doors are
manufactured from the finest softwoods and hardwoods by experienced
craftsmen, enabling us to service your stile and rail door requirements
with one of the premium products in the industry. We offer 20 standard
layouts and will manufacture doors to your custom designs. Our standard
species are Natural Birch, Select Red or White Birch, Red Oak, Hard or
Soft Maple, Honduras Mahogany, Cherry, Walnut, and Paint-Grade Poplar.
Other commercially available species by special request. Our product line
includes 1-3/4"-thick fire doors up to 3/6 X 8/0, 2-1/4"-thick
doors up to - 4/0
X 8/0, and 1-3/4"pairs up to 7/0 X 8/0. Our fire door
construction is a combination of solid lumber and intumescent laminated to
meet positive pressure requirements, and is available in our eight
standard Premium 2000 tints. If our wide colour range of standard finishes
does not meet your requirements, we will custom-match the tint of your
choice in any transparent or opaque system. Prefinishing will add one week
to our standard lead time. At the present time, our lighted door program
is limited to 20-minute. We are in the process of testing our 45, 60,
