| Our
stile and rail doors are manufactured from the finest softwoods and
hardwoods by experienced craftsmen, enabling us to service your stile and
rail door requirements with one of the premier products in the industry.
We offer 40 standard layouts. In addition, we will manufacture doors to
your custom designs, with unlimited sticking and panel designs with very
favourable lead times on all products. (All lead times are predicated on
final approvals.)

Our standard species are; Natural Birch, Select Red and White Birch, Red
Oak, Hard
or Soft Maple, Honduras Mahogany, Cherry, Walnut, and Paint-Grade Poplar. Our product line includes doors up to
4/0 X 10/0 in
width and height and 1-3/8" to 2-1/4" in thickness and positive
pressure 1-3/4" 20, 45, 60, and 90 - minute labelled fire doors.

Our standard door construction is of solid lumber. All panels are
free-floating suspended with pure gum tubing to eliminate panel movement
and cracking. Veneer construction is available by special request.
We offer several tempered glass glazing options including insulated glass, bevelled glass, and lead or brass caming. Our unlimited selection of glass designs can be mixed or matched with transoms and side lites.

| In addition to our multiple door designs, we have several options available such as transoms and side lites and matching wood doorframes, including jambs and casings. These frames are available standard or 20-minute. In addition, we have matching wainscoting and custom panels to further compliment your door profiles. All products are available machined and prefinished to one of our eight standard Premium 2000 tints. If our wide colour range of standard finishes does not meet your requirements, we will custom-match the tint of your choice in any transparent or opaque system. Prefinishing will add one week to our lead time. | ||

We offer a complete hardwood entry system. It includes the door, frames, jambs, casing, moulding, hinges, weather stripping, and your choice of adjustable sill type. These units may be ordered K-D or pre-assembled to accommodate your specifications. |
