The HenkelHook™ is designed to allow placement of coats, backpacks, purses, and other articles. It allows for the placement of articles weighing up to 11.8 kg +/- 0.9 kg (26 lbs +/- 2 lbs) on the hook. When this weight limit is exceeded, the hook automatically releases and the article falls from the hook. Without the use of special tools the HenkelHook™ automatically re-sets in the upright position.
